CHILDRENS MEALS:
Meals for children aged between 5 - 12 years will be charged at 50% of the published menu price excluding beverages and are not commissionable.

LAUNCH TRANSFERS:
Launch transfers are normally included in the through airfare to Hayman (Port Code HIS). For individual launch transfer details please contact us for details.

CHECK-IN TIME
Hayman is pleased to confirm access to guest rooms from 2pm (14:00hrs) or earlier strictly subject to availability. For guaranteed earlier access to guest rooms, pre-registration is required at full rate.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Rooms are required to be vacated by 12.00 midday. Late check out fees may apply for check out after 12.00 midday.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST):
Rates within this agreement are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Should any additional Federal, State or Local Government taxes be introduced, or should a change be made to GST, this will apply to all rates herein.

TRIPLE SUPPLEMENT
Persons aged from 13 years sharing the room with adults requiring an extra single portable bed (maximum of one extra person per room) will be charged a supplement of including GST per person per night. Maximum of one extra child per room in Pool Superior, Pool Deluxe, Lagoon Deluxe, Pool Suite or two extra children in Lagoon Superior or Lagoon Suites. Retreat Rooms have a day bed, which converts to a child’s bed (up to age 13 years, no cot or extra bed permitted). Please note that Palm Superior and Beach Front can accommodate one extra cot only.

FAMILY ROOMS
A second adjoining room to be occupied by children up to 12 years of age will be charged at 50% of the Rate of the applicable room type (as detailed below). This excludes Festive Season and Holiday periods where normal rates apply and the offer is strictly subject to availability. This applies to a maximum of one room. All children occupying the second room must be under 13 years of age, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
