We try and include as much as possible in our rates so that you don't have any 'big surprises' at the end of your rental. Our quotes carefully spell out what is included and what has to be paid at the start of your rental.

A common mistake when clients compare rental rates is that they don't read the inclusions carefully. Sure, some companies say insurance is included but what they omit to say is that it has an excess or deductible of $3000 . We include Collision Damage Waiver which reduces this to a more manageable figure as standard. To buy this waiver will often cost up to 12 Euros per day !

We also include airport fees where we can - in Italy for example some companies add 14% of the rental rate. Other items to check for would be: Road Registration fees, additional driver fees, city and sometimes rail surcharges.
