Deposit will be due immediately upon receipt of invoice

Insurance
We
strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation
insurance.
In
case of cancellation by Canals of France, the refund
on any monies paid shall constitute full payment and
restitution.
The
owner of the barges is not responsible for any injury,
loss, or damage beyond their control to person or property
while guests are in route to or from the barges, staying
aboard, or participating in any activity.
Waterways
can be subject to closure because of draught, storms,
flooding, canal lock repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances
of generally unsafe conditions. Therefore, all announced
routes are subject to change at any time. These kinds
of changes rarely happen, but passengers must be prepared
for this eventuality.
In
the event of closure of canals or rivers, an alternate
route or barge of equal interest and standard will be
chosen. Canals of France will not be held responsible
for changing or ceasing the navigation route. Change
in route will not be accepted as the basis for cancellation
of a cruise.
