The new flagship of Kristina Cruises the m/s Kristina Katarina offers intimate, homely and at the same time high quality cruises in Finnish way. The m/s Kristina Katarina has facilities for about 400 cruise guests and cabins to meet different tastes and needs, beginning from a 9m² inside cabin to a 30m² high standard ocean view cabin. After the renovations in spring and summer 2010 the ship will have the total of 193 cabins and 380 lower beds.

The ship has two restaurants, the buffet restaurant and à la carte restaurant. There are altogether three cafés and bars onboard. The main restaurant is used for evening programs as well as giving lectures and introducing destinations. A brand new sauna will be built on deck 8 and the pool deck with its three pools is expected to appeal to elder as well as younger cruise guests. The ship has also a shop, where guests may buy gifts and items they might need during the cruise. Cruise guests may treat themselves to a massage or a visit to the hairdresser’s, or get fit in the ship’s gym.

The m/s Kristina Katarina, however, is not too large for calling at the ports that have been in our cruise programs earlier. The ship’s ice class enables to continue cruises to the arctic waters while the sun and pool decks are expected to appeal especially on cruises to warmer destinations. The vessel had essential repairs in 2001 and 2004, when the ship’s public areas and cabins were renovated. During the spring and summer of 2010 the m/s Kristina Katarina will be docked at a shipyard, classified and refitted to meet the requirements of Kristina passengers.
