MV CAPTAIN COOK EXPLORER

MV Captain Cook's Explorer is Sydney's only overnight cruise ship, accommodating 120 passengers in 61 ensuite cabins, and over 300 passengers for sightseeing and dining. Design your own itinerary - active or laid back - from the hundreds of waterfront attractions and beaches scattered over 250 kilometres of foreshore. The views alone are worth the journey - from a breathtaking sunset over the sails of the Sydney Opera House to a sparkling dawn on the cliffs of the north shore. Three passenger-accommodation decks, plus ‘A Deck’ dining/conference room and cocktail bar with panoramic harbour views and the covered ‘Observation Deck’ for al fresco dining, meetings and sightseeing; lounge and library.
 
61 cabins, each with private bathroom ensuite, on/off air-conditioning, serviced daily. Outside Cabins (43) on B & C Decks open onto outside walkways and have picture windows. Inside Cabins (18) on D Deck open to an inside passageway and have outside portholes.
 
The ideal meeting venue for up to 200 by day and 120 overnight. The expansive dining saloon easily converts to theatre style for up to 180 delegates, with breakout rooms available in the Lounge and Observation Deck. Boarding for guest speakers and day delegates is available at numerous wharves around the harbour.
 
The choice of waterfront attractions is endless. Nearly all of Sydney’s most popular attractions are located on the waterfront. Choose from bustling Darling Harbour, the historic Rocks district and markets, beachside Watson’s Bay, Sydney Aquarium, Taronga Park Zoo and the Star City Casino among many. There are also spectacular sites ‘off the beaten track’ including islands perfect for informal picnics and picture postcard bays. From a trek across the headland to sea kayaking or challenge golf, there is an activity to suit your every desire.
