ITINERARY
Day 1:Today, fly to Egypt
Day 2: Cairo Meet your local guide who will assist you
through customs formalities. Then transfer to your first class
hotel. Due to various arrival times no meals or activities
are planned for today
Day 3: Cairo After breakfast,
your morning sightseeing of Egypt’s
capital will begin with a panoramic city tour and a stop to
see the Egyptian Museum, home to the world renowned exhibit
of Tut-Ankhamnon. After a break for lunch (on own) continue
sightseeing with a tour of the Old Town including the Citadel,
the Alabaster Mosque, the Synagogue and other sights. Enjoy
a dinner at a local restaurant on your way balk to your hotel.

Day 4: Cairo A full
day to explore the Pyramids of Giza. In the morning tour the
pyramids of King Cheops built 2690 B.C., the
Sphinx and ride a camel (optional). After a break for lunch
at a local restaurant, continue the tour with a visit to Sakkara
to view the “one step” Pyramid built by famous
architect and physician Imhotep for the Pharaoh Zoser in 3816
B.C. Return to your hotel. Dinner is on your own. (B, L)
Day 5: Luxor
EMBARKATION
Early morning transfer to the airport for your short flight
to Luxor the gateway to the Nile. On arrival, begin your sightseeing
with the West Bank known as the Valley of the Kings where tombs
of over 60 Pharaohs were laid to rest. Tour the Temple of Queen
Hatchepsut and stop for photos with the Colossi of Memnon.
Then transfer and check-in to your floating hotel. Following
a light lunch, continue your exploration of Luxor with sightseeing
of the Karnak & Luxor Temples. Welcome dinner on board.
After dinner you may want to experience the optional “Sound & Light
Show” available for purchase on board. (B, L, D)
Day 6: Luxor - Esna
This morning enjoy breakfast and lunch on board as you set
sail for the lock of Esna. The afternoon is at leisure
to enjoy on board activities. (B, L. D)
Day 7: Edfu - Kombo-Ombo
In Edfu, tour the superbly preserved Temple of Horus dedicated
to the Falcon God. Continue sailing and on arrival to
Kom Ombo take a carriage ride to the Temples of Kom Ombo
dedicated to two deities; the crocodile headed “Sobek” and
the “Haroeris” the double headed sparrow/hawk.
Back on board enjoy dinner and a galabaya party as you
sail on to Aswan. (B, L, D)
Day 8:Aswan
Your morning sightseeing
will include the “Unfinished
Obelisk” and a visit to the High Dam. Lunch back on the
ship. In the afternoon enjoy a felouka ride to the botanical
gardens located on the island in the middle of the Nile. Return
to your ship for a farewell dinner and belly dance show! (B,

Day 9: Aswan - Cairo
Disembarkation -
The morning is free to explore Aswan on your own or take the
optional air tour of the fabulous Temples of Abu Simbel.
After a light lunch, bid you ship goodbye as you transfer
to the airport for your flight to Cairo. On arrival, transfer
to your airport hotel for your final overnight (dinner on

Day 10: Cairo - Home After
